COSMO-RS is a thermodynamic theory for liquid phases and became a useful tool for the prediction of thermodynamic properties in polymers. This white paper summarizes some results concerning the computation of vapor-liquid and gas-liquid equilibria (i.e. gas solubilities) in different polymers and partition coefficients between polymer and solvent phase.
